  • Locally made sandwiches

    What better for the first lunch than a sandwich made for you that morning with fresh local bread and ingredients. In Malta the speciality is the Tuna Ftira - around 400 calories to set you up for the race ahead.

  • Wraps

    Tortilla wraps stay fresh for ages and with a pre-mixed filling are moist, tasty and quick to prepare. Alternatively, later in the race, fill with salami, cheese and shredded lettuce. With lots of mayo a 500 calorie hit.

  • Fix up a sandwich

    We can supply pittas and other longer life bread or rolls and sliced cured meats and cheeses to stack up into a satisfying handful. Just add your favourite mayo and tomato. Around 360 calories.

  • Pasta Salad

    Vacuum packed with a fridge life of a couple of days we can make up pasta salads with pesto or roasted vegetables to make a change from bread. 350 - 400 calories.

  • Pizza

    Locally prepared pizzas or pizza slices can be frozen and reheated for a warm lunchtime treat (or eaten cold for breakfast the next day of course). 500 calories for a couple of 100g slices.
