  • Granola

    Clusters of oats, nuts, seeds and dried fruit bound with chocolate. Add water for chocolate milk or just eat in crunchy handfuls. Average calories 400 from 100g sachet.

  • All day breakfast

    Sausage, bacon, omelette and beans in a tomato sauce. Boil in the bag to enjoy hot or just eat it cold out of the sachet. 381kcal in 300g bag.

  • Fruit and Yoghurt

    Yoghurt sachet with a banana - simple. For those who don't like porridge, but some people don't like bananas on boats. Around 190 calories and 190 grams.

  • Baked goods

    For the first morning baked goods and pastries can be supplied but do mind you don't get crumbs on the deck.
